Refund Policy

Last updated June 06, 2026. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for AI-powered web development services.

Overview

At UIX Digital, an AI-powered web development company, we are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative services and ensuring client satisfaction. Services are provided by UIX Digital (Pvt) Ltd. Due to the nature of custom AI-enhanced digital work, refunds are subject to the specific conditions outlined below. We encourage all clients to review this policy carefully before engaging our services.

Project Deposits

All projects require an advance deposit before work commences. This deposit is non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers the time invested by UIX Digital (Pvt) Ltd in project discovery, planning, research, AI system configuration, and initial development. The deposit amount is agreed upon prior to project kickoff and confirmed in writing.

Refund Eligibility

A full refund of any amount paid may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • The project has not yet started and no work, including AI processing or analysis, has been initiated
  • UIX Digital (Pvt) Ltd is unable to deliver the agreed scope of AI-powered services due to circumstances on our end
  • A mutual written agreement to cancel the project has been reached before any deliverables are produced or AI processing begins

Partial Refunds

If a client requests cancellation after work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of UIX Digital (Pvt) Ltd. The refund amount, if approved, will reflect the remaining balance after deducting fair compensation for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. This includes AI system configuration, design, development, communication, research, and optimization hours.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

  • The client changes their mind or project direction after work has begun
  • Project delays are caused by the client — such as late provision of content, assets, feedback, briefs, or approvals
  • AI-generated work and deliverables have been reviewed and approved by the client
  • The project has been fully or substantially completed as per the agreed scope
  • Disputes arising from subjective design preferences, AI output refinements, or elements not outlined in the original brief

Custom AI-Powered Solutions

Custom AI-Enhanced Solution Development projects are non-refundable upon commencement due to the significant time, AI system configuration, planning, and technical resources dedicated by UIX Digital (Pvt) Ltd from the start. Clients are strongly advised to clarify all project requirements, desired AI capabilities, and desired outcomes before work begins to avoid misalignment.

Refund Request Process

To submit a refund request, please contact us in writing at billing@uixdigital.com with your project details and reason for the request. All refund requests will be reviewed by UIX Digital (Pvt) Ltd within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible.
