• All AI-generated outputs are reviewed, refined, and customized by our professional team

• Clients have full transparency regarding AI involvement in their projects
• Final deliverables meet agreed specifications regardless of whether AI was used in the creation process

All projects are carried out based on a mutually agreed scope of work, confirmed in writing prior to commencement. This scope includes the extent and nature of AI involvement in project creation. Any changes to the agreed scope — including additional features, pages, functionality, or modifications to AI configuration — must be formally requested and may be subject to additional charges and revised timelines. UIX Digital (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to decline scope changes that are outside the original agreement.

The following payment terms apply to all projects:

• An advance deposit is required before any work begins, including AI system setup and configuration
• The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to final delivery or live deployment
• Delays in payment may result in project suspension until the outstanding balance is cleared
• UIX Digital (Pvt) Ltd is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by delayed client payments

Revisions are provided in accordance with the agreed project scope and the number of revision rounds specified during onboarding. This includes refinements to AI-generated outputs and custom adjustments. Revision requests that fall outside the original scope, alter the agreed design direction, require significant additional development time, or necessitate substantial AI reprocessing may be subject to additional charges. All revision requests must be submitted clearly and in a single consolidated round where possible.

To ensure timely and successful project delivery, clients are responsible for:

• Providing all required content, assets, briefs, credentials, and materials on time
• Responding to feedback requests, AI output reviews, and approvals within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensuring all materials provided do not infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Communicating any changes to project requirements, desired AI capabilities, or desired outcomes promptly and in writing

Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of the completed website, AI-generated custom code, and design assets transfers to the client. UIX Digital (Pvt) Ltd retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials for promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement. Third-party assets, AI tools, fonts, plugins, frameworks, or libraries used in development remain subject to their respective licenses and terms of use.

While UIX Digital uses advanced AI technology to enhance project creation and delivery, clients acknowledge that:

• AI systems may generate outputs that require human review and refinement
• AI technology continues to evolve, and outcomes may vary based on input quality and specifications
• UIX Digital is responsible for ensuring all final deliverables meet agreed specifications and quality standards
• UIX Digital cannot guarantee that AI-generated solutions will perform identically across all scenarios without professional review

UIX Digital (Pvt) Ltd shall not be held liable for any of the following:

• Loss of revenue, business opportunities, or profits arising from the use or non-use of our AI-powered services
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party AI platforms, hosting, or infrastructure providers
• Issues, bugs, security vulnerabilities, or AI errors arising from client modifications made after final delivery
• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including AI service limitations
• Decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations or outputs without proper professional review

UIX Digital (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Outstanding payments remain unsettled beyond an agreed deadline
• The client engages in abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct toward our team
• These Terms & Conditions are materially violated by the client
• The project is found to involve illegal, unethical, harmful content, or purposes that violate AI usage policies

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of our AI-powered services will be addressed through good-faith communication in the first instance. UIX Digital (Pvt) Ltd operates internationally, serving clients in the USA, UK, UAE, and Pakistan.
