Welcome to UIX Digital. By accessing our website at uixdigital.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

UIX Digital provides the following professional web development services:

• Business Website Development
• Portfolio Development
• Landing Page Development
• Custom Solution Development

All projects are carried out based on a mutually agreed scope of work, confirmed in writing prior to commencement. Any changes to the agreed scope — including additional features, pages, or functionality — must be formally requested and may be subject to additional charges and revised timelines. UIX Digital reserves the right to decline scope changes that are outside the original agreement.

The following payment terms apply to all projects:

• An advance deposit is required before any work begins
• The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to final delivery or live deployment
• Delays in payment may result in project suspension until the outstanding balance is cleared
• UIX Digital is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by delayed client payments

Revisions are provided in accordance with the agreed project scope and the number of revision rounds specified during onboarding. Revision requests that fall outside the original scope, alter the agreed design direction, or require significant additional development time may be subject to additional charges. All revision requests must be submitted clearly and in a single consolidated round where possible.

To ensure timely and successful project delivery, clients are responsible for:

• Providing all required content, assets, credentials, and materials on time
• Responding to feedback requests and approvals within a reasonable timeframe
• Ensuring all materials provided do not infringe third-party copyrights or trademarks
• Communicating any changes to project requirements promptly and in writing

Upon receipt of full and final payment, ownership of the completed website and its custom code transfers to the client. UIX Digital retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials for promotional purposes, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement. Third-party assets, fonts, plugins, or frameworks used in development remain subject to their respective licenses.

UIX Digital shall not be held liable for any of the following:

• Loss of revenue, business opportunities, or profits arising from the use or non-use of our services
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by third-party hosting or infrastructure providers
• Issues, bugs, or security vulnerabilities arising from client modifications made after final delivery
• Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

UIX Digital reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Outstanding payments remain unsettled beyond an agreed deadline
• The client engages in abusive, threatening, or unlawful conduct toward our team
• These Terms & Conditions are materially violated by the client
• The project is found to involve illegal, unethical, or harmful content or purposes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be addressed through good-faith communication in the first instance. UIX Digital operates internationally, serving clients in the USA, UK, UAE, and Pakistan.
